As a contributor to WSMH, in collaboration, I had the opportunity to develop tools and resources, to support the mental health of employees, working from home and in the office.

Burnout Tool for Individuals and Organizations

  • Developed for individuals and organizations to recognize, prevent, recover and reduce burnout.

  • To be completed by end of May 2021.

Work-Life Balance

  • 26 tips and suggestions on how to maintain healthy balance of work and life.

  • From simple exercises, activities, engaging content and daily reminders to remember.

Team Building Activities

  • Repurposed from WSMH Building Stronger Teams Book, activities to maintain strong teams in-person & virtually.

  • Understanding how to react, reflect, reorganize and refocus workplace stressors/challenges, through team building activities.
